Rigid (Setup) Boxes
Rigid (Setup) Boxes: Are made from heavy chipboard by taping (staying) the four corners of the box with tape. Rigid Boxes are shipped pre-assembled.
Unwrapped Boxes: Do not come overwrapped with paper so the tape in the corners is visible. This is the right option for an economical packaging solution when outward appearance is not critical. Chipboard comes in gray, gray with white on one side, or all black. We can print your logo or design directly on the box. We can put a Thumb Notch in the cover or cut "V" Notches in the bottom for special applications.
Combining an unwrapped bottom of a box with a wrapped cover is another economical way to go. Chipboard inserts can also be made in matching bottom board color.
Wrapped Boxes: Have the stayed (taped) corners covered with a paper overwrap makes the nicest presentation. There are hundreds of Embossed or Textured papers to chose from; Flat, Semi-Gloss, to Glossy Wrap Papers in a Rainbow of colors, all to wrap your box. For a more personalized box we can Foil Stamp or Emboss your Logo on any of our paper choices or use Multi-Color Printing for a better sales appeal.
Wrapped Boxes are made in many styles, sizes and depths, and we custom design all of them, from the practical Top and Bottom Box to the more complex boxes: Hinged, Telescoping, Window, Cigar, Shoulder, One Piece Fold-Over, and Clear Lid Boxes.
