Unwrapped Boxes (Stay Only Boxes): Has taped (stayed) corners and does not come overwrapped with paper so the tape in the corners is visible. Rigid Setup boxes are shipped pre-assembled. This is the right option for an economical packaging solution when outward appearance is not critical. Chipboard comes in gray or gray with white on one side. We can print your logo or design directly on the box. We can put a thumb notch in the cover or cut "V" notches in the bottom for special applications.

Wrapped Boxes: For the nicest presentation we recommend a chipboard box with stayed (taped) corners and a paper overwrap. For more economical packaging, use stock preprinted wrap paper for the paper overwrap. For a more personalized box we can foil stamp or emboss your logo on preprinted paper or use multi-color printing for a better sales appeal.

Folding Carton Boxes: We can do many types of folding carton boxes, glued or unglued. These also include Trays, Tube Style Cartons, Sleeves, Wraps, Folders, Displays, and more. The boxes can be directly printed on or left unprinted, and can be customized with other special requests. Ships flat and is assembled after shipping. Folding boxes are a good solution for companies that have storage restrictions because they take up less space than an already assembled box.

Special Items: We can add partitions to the box for small items, die cut platforms, box liners, or insert die cut foam to protect the contents of the box. We can add eyelets and cords to the boxes, or make transparent windows in the box cover. The reels we make are made from 2 pieces of die cut cardboard attached to either side of a reel cardboard core. Most special needs can be accommodated!
